Scheduling & Cancellation Policy:

- When booking services, we require 25% deposit to guarantee your appointment and to prevent last minute cancellations and no shows.
- We respectfully request 24 Hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

*All payments are transferable but non refundable.*

Scheduling with Gift Certificate

We will ask for Gift Certificate ID number at the time of scheduling appointment.
Failure to give a 24 hours advance Rescheduling/Cancellation notice, 25% of the Gift Certificate value will be deducted.
*If you wish to keep the full Gift Certificate amount, you have the option to pay for the 25% cancellation fee.
*No Refunds on Gift Certificate, but can be used toward purchases or any services that we offer.
* DELUXE DAY SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

No Show

If you missed your appointment, deposit cannot be used for future appointments.
